Amy concentrates her practice in complex personal injury litigation. She is particularly interested in wrongful death, medical malpractice, automobile liability, premises liability, product liabiltiy, liability for criminal acts of third parties and transportation facility negligence. Amy has represented injured persons and their families throughout the United States and has been retained by attorneys in several states as a consultant or co-cousel in various types of negligence cases. Over the years, she has had numerous verdicts and settlements in excess of one million dollars.
