Robert's primary areas of concentration are construction negligence, automobile accidents and premises liability. In over four years with the firm, he has taken a variety of cases to trial and won a six-figure verdict against a landlord when a tenant's dog bit a young child on the landlord's property. He recently helped an injured laborer secure an $855,932 arbitration award for a career-ending knee injury that required surgery. Robert has followed in the path of fellow Levin Riback attorneys by devoting his spare time to teaching at a local law school. In 2004 and 2006 Robert has acted as an adjunct professor at The John Marshall Law School teaching a course on trial advocacy. Prior to joining the firm, Robert worked for two years as a Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago.
