Biography
Robert joined Levin Riback Law Group in August of 2001. Since joining the firm, he has litigated, negotiated and settled numerous cases bringing many successful results for clients. In 2005, Robert settled, mediated, arbitrated and tried cases before a jury that resulted in over $2,140,000.00 for his clients.

Robert's primary areas of concentration are construction negligence, automobile accidents and premises liability. In over four years with the firm, he has taken a variety of cases to trial and won a six-figure verdict against a landlord when a tenant's dog bit a young child on the landlord's property. He recently helped an injured laborer secure an $855,932 arbitration award for a career-ending knee injury that required surgery.

Robert has followed in the path of fellow Levin Riback attorneys by devoting his spare time to teaching at a local law school. In 2004 and 2006 Robert has acted as an adjunct professor at The John Marshall Law School teaching a course on trial advocacy.

Prior to joining the firm, Robert worked for two years as a Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago.
