In addition to serving clients, Levin Riback attorneys devote their free time to teaching both law students and other attorneys in Chicago and around the country. Rick Levin, Adam Riback and Karen O'Malley teach Trial Advocacy, Advanced Trial Advocacy and Pre-Trial Litigation Courses at Northwestern University. Rick Levin and Adam Riback coach Northwestern's National Trial Advocacy Team and coached the Northwestern University Trial Team to victories in Buffalo in 2006 and at the California Association for Criminal Justice in 2008 and 2009. Additionally, Rick Levin was named Outstanding Adjunct Professor of the year at Northwestern University Law School five times over the past eight years. Robert Adelman has taught Trial Advocacy and Advanced Trial Advocacy at The John Marshall Law School since 2004. Just recently, Robert Domol lectured on Civil Procedure for a CLE Course given at The John Marshall Law School. Our skilled attorneys have also lectured on numerous occasions to other attorneys on various aspects of personal injury law and Illinois law.

The firm's partners, Steve Levin, Rick Levin, Adam Riback and Robert Adelman, have all received numerous distinction and honors within the legal community. Rick has been named as a Super Lawyer since 2006 and has been listed in the top 5% of Lawyers in Illinois by the Leading Lawyers Network. Adam and Steve have both also been honored by Super Lawyers and Robert has been a Super Lawyers "Rising Star" since 2008. Rick and Adam have both been named on the "40 Illinois Attorneys Under 40 to Watch" by the Chicago Law Bulletin. Our firm has received an "AV" rating, the highest rating possible from Martindale-Hubbell, a national organization that ranks lawyers in every states since 2006.

Our History

Levin, Riback Law Group has a family history in Chicago dating back to 1956. The original firm, Pekin, Levin & Associates was established by Ralph L. Levin. For over 20 years two of Ralph's children, Steve and Rick, have run the firm and have continued the tradition of providing quality legal representation and counsel to its clients. Adam Riback has worked with the firm since 1992. He worked his way from a student law clerk to a partner through his exemplary litigation skills and his devotion to our clients. Robert Adelman joined the firm as an associate in 2001 after two years of public service and was named a partner in 2007. In 2003 the firm changed its name to Levin, Riback Law Group, P.C. Throughout the years, Levin, Riback Law Group has changed names and office locations, but one constant has remained. Levin Riback Law Group has always been committed to providing honest, diligent and compassionate legal representation to it clients in the past present and future.
