Through passionate litigation and negotiation, he has settled numerous cases and recovered millions in compensation for his injured clients.  Robert’s primary areas of concentration are construction negligence, automobile accidents and premises liability.  Robert, has taken over a dozen trials to verdict in both Cook County and Will County.

Robert has also traveled the world to help his clients.  He and partner Richard Levin searched the countryside of Mexico to locate a key witness for a wrongful death case to ensure a settlement.

Robert is extremely proud that he has had the opportunity to follow in the path of fellow Levin Riback attorneys by devoting his spare time to teaching future lawyers at a local law school. Since 2004, Robert has acted as an adjunct professor at The John Marshall Law School teaching a course on trial advocacy and advanced trial advocacy.
Prior to joining the firm, Robert worked for two years as a Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago.
