Max Levin graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a double major in Advertising and Psychology. Before earning his law degree, Max clerked at Levin, Riback & Adelman, P.C., where he gained early trial experience assisting in two jury trials and numerous personal injury matters.
Max earned his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2022, graduating with a Certificate in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. During law school, he was named to the Dean’s Honor List multiple times, served as a member of the International Moot Court Team, and received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in both Trial Advocacy I and Trial Advocacy II.
Since joining Levin, Riback & Adelman, P.C., Max has played an active role in all stages of litigation. He has handled numerous depositions, arbitrations, and discovery matters across a broad spectrum of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, and construction negligence. Max has helped resolve numerous multi-million dollar settlements. Moreover, Max has taken cases to trial and secured a $1.3 million verdict.
Outside of the courtroom, Max is an avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast. He has visited more than 30 countries and completed challenging treks across the globe, including the Cordillera Huayhuash in the Peruvian Andes, among other notable summits.
