Pawyer | Senior Pawssociate (Squirrel Division)

Meet Bella Levin, Esq.—a sharp-minded, quick-pawed with a passion for justice and a bone to pick with squirrels everywhere. As a certified Pawyer, Bella has dedicated her career to representing pets who’ve been wronged, ambushed, or emotionally distressed by the antics of bushy-tailed menaces.

Trained at the prestigious Northwestern Paw School of Law, Bella graduated top of her obedience class and quickly rose to fame for her landmark victory in Squirrel v. Barkley, a case that redefined Pawsonal injury precedent. In that case, a squirrel claimed harassment by a Labrador Retriever. Bella took the case on behalf of the Labrador Retriever who claimed that any squirrel that trespasses on Lab’s backyard property is subject to being chased up any tree. The court agreed and dismissed the case. Countless Labradors who have never once been able to catch a squirrel despite thousands of times trying have used this case in their defense.

Bella is known for her no-nonsense courtroom growl, her ability to sniff up and down trees for shady squirrel behavior, and her unwavering loyalty to her clients. Whether you’ve been hit by an acorn or suffered emotional damage from a squirrel being in your yard, Bella will fight tooth and claw to get you the justice (and treats) you deserve.

When not in court, Bella enjoys chew toy arbitration, paw-litical activism, and mentoring young pups in pro bone-o legal work.

Injured? Distressed? Taunted by a squirrel? Call Bella—she puts the “paw” in “Pawsuit.”
